p566 Privacy Policy
p566 is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.
Your privacy matters to p566. This policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the p566 platform, including registration, account management, gaming activity, financial transactions, and customer support interactions. By using p566, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1 Introduction
p566 ("we," "us," or "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at p566.cam, serving Filipino players across the Philippines. We take our obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations seriously, and we are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
This Privacy Policy sets out the complete framework governing p566's collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and disposal of personal information. It applies to all users of the p566 platform — whether you are visiting as a guest, have registered an account, or are a former account holder whose data is retained in accordance with our legal obligations.
Where this policy refers to "personal data" or "personal information," we mean any information that directly or indirectly identifies you as an individual, including your name, mobile number, date of birth, financial account details, and device identifiers associated with your p566 account.
2 Data Controller

p566 operates under applicable PAGCOR licensing requirements, which impose specific obligations regarding the collection, retention, and processing of player data as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, responsible gaming enforcement, and player protection obligations. Data processed for these regulatory purposes is handled in addition to, and independently from, data processed for the commercial operation of the platform.
For all data protection inquiries, requests to exercise your rights, or concerns about our data practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the details set out in Section 14 of this policy.

Our Privacy Commitments
How p566 Protects Your Data
Beyond the legal requirements, these are the practical measures p566 takes to ensure your personal information stays private and secure at all times.
256-bit SSL Encryption
Every piece of data exchanged between your device and p566 — login credentials, payment details, game activity — travels over an encrypted connection that meets banking-grade security standards. Your data is never transmitted in plain text.
Data Privacy Act Compliant
p566 processes all personal data in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We have a registered Data Protection Officer, maintain a comprehensive privacy management program, and report to the National Privacy Commission as required.
Strict Access Controls
Access to player personal data within p566 is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Every internal access to personal data is logged and audited. No p566 employee can access your account data without a legitimate operational reason that is recorded in our audit trail.
No Third-Party Marketing Sales
p566 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes — ever. Your data is used solely to operate your account, process your transactions, and comply with our legal obligations under Philippine law.
Defined Retention Periods
p566 keeps your data only as long as legally required or necessary for the service. Clear retention periods are defined for every data category. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized — not kept indefinitely as a business default.
Your Rights, Honored
p566 honors all data subject rights under the Data Privacy Act — including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. We respond to all valid requests within 30 days. You can submit a request any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly through live chat or email.
